Cardi B announces the birth of her third child

Urban artists Cardi B and Offset recently welcomed their third child. Cardi B herself broke the news today by posting a series of hospital images on Instagram to announce the birth of her new baby girl.

The main image shows Cardi B fully styled and wearing a colorful, cheerful robe as she holds her newborn daughter in her arms.

Cardi, whose full name is Belcalis Almánzar, and Offset have two other children: their son Wave, who is two and a half, and their daughter Kulture, who is six years old. However, as she revealed to the world the news of her third pregnancy, the artist also announced her divorce.

"With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all, renewed my power," she wrote. "Reminded me that I can have it all!"

Cardi B's third baby

The birth of their third child took place on September 7th, as shared by Cardi. Among the heartwarming pictures posted was one featuring Offset holding the baby, along with shots of Cardi's sister, Hennessy Carolina, and the older siblings.

Cardi B has often opened up about balancing motherhood with her busy career. Beyond her music, she's embraced her role as a mother with visible pride, frequently sharing candid moments from her family life on social media. In addition to the birth announcement, Cardi posted photos of herself breastfeeding and a short video taken during the delivery.

Cardi B and Offset's relationship

Cardi and Offset secretly married on Sept. 20, 2017, before the Migos rapper proposed to her onstage at Power 99's Powerhouse concert in Philadelphia in October that same year.

Cardi filed for divorce from Offset the first time, on Sept. 15, 2020. The two eventually got back together weeks later.

Sadly, the relationship between these two rap powerhouses has been a roller coaster, with both highs and public lows. This is the third time they separated, the previous two related to infidelity rumors on both sides.

However, despite their marital ups and downs, the two have shown a united front when it comes to their children, making their growing family the center of attention.
