Cameron Diaz had the media in a frenzy a few weeks ago with rumors of possibly plastic surgery. It is now being reported that the rumors are indeed true-Cameron is going under the knife.

According to In Touch Weekly, Diaz is in the process of making some changes to her look. She has made the decision to go under the knife in order to reverse signs of aging.

We previously reported that the 44-year-old actress was spotted outside of a plastic’s surgeon’s office with he husband Benji Madden. While the possibility of plastic surgery was up in the air, it now has been confirmed.

"She's going for consultations," a source revealed to In Touch. "She feels like she looks 10 years older, so she's decided to get a brow lift and fillers in her cheeks and around her mouth."

The news comes as a surprise as the actress has said in the past that she will never go under the knife. After going through a round of Botox he immediately regretted it.

“It changed my face in such a weird way that I was like, ‘No, I don’t want to be like that’,” she told Entertainment Tonight in 2014. “I’d rather see my face aging than a face that doesn’t belong to me at all,” she added.

It seems as if the actress has had a change of heart.

"She realized that she needs some help in the aging process," the source continued.

While plastic surgery is next to normal in Hollywood, the news still comes a shock since the actress says she has grown to love her wrinkles and laugh lines.

“I love it, I don’t mind,” she said while promoting “The Body Book,” which outlines fitness and nutrition tips. “It’s like ‘Guess what that means, I’ve smiled my whole life. I love my life. I’m happy I don’t have a problem with that.”

There is no word on when she will be undergoing the plastic surgery procedure.
