You can take a girl out of the south, but not the south out of the girl. Britney Spears was spotted picking up a giant fried chicken bucket minutes after posing for the cover of fitness magazine Shape.
The singer was seen on the streets of Thousand Oaks, Calif., picking up fast food feast with her new man, David Lucado. Mere hours earlier she tweeted "@Shape_Magazine Thanks for the great photo shoot today! It was fun to get all dolled up for the cover!"
Shape is known for its promotion of ultra-healthy lifestyle and diet ... so it's not far-fetched to think they would not be pleased with the starlet's choice of lunch.

Spears has made a miraculous comeback after her very publicized meltdown five years ago. Last month she made headlines when she appeared at Elton John's after Oscar party looking better than ever with a new hair color and a sexy dress showing her healthy figure.
The mother-of-two split with ex-fiancé, her agent Jason, in January. She admitted to have left the relationship on good terms and said that "I will always adore him and we will remain great friends."
Early Thursday she tweeted a picture of her manicured nails, showing the simple ring with which she replaced the diamond Jason gave her.
Spears started dating David Lucado in February and the couple has been seen numerous times in public.
