Officials confirmed today that mixed toxicity involving heroin and alcohol to be the cause of Cory Monteith's, known if Finn on the hit show "Glee," death in a Vancouver hotel. The tests, which included an autopsy and toxicology analysis, concluded that his death was accidental, Yahoo News reported.
Monteith was found dead in Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver, British Columbia in the early afternoon of July 13. He checked in to the hotel July 6 and was expected to check out by the day he was found. The actor checked into rehab in late May for drug addiction, according to People Magazine.He said in 2011 that he had entered rehab once before when he was 18. He was 30 years old at the time of his death.
