Guess what? After Thanos, Brad Pitt might be playing the next super villain in one of the upcoming Marvel movies. Ever since this piece of information has circulated on the internet, fans have been jumping with joy waiting for the makers to confirm this ecstatic news.

Rumor has it that the dashingly handsome man has been offered a role as one of the baddies in the Marvel movie. However, the details of the character are strictly under wraps. We Got This Covered reported that Pitt is being considered for either of the three characters: Annihilus, Kang the Conqueror or Doctor Doom.

However, Pitt’s fans need to control their excitement because nothing has been finalized yet. The project is still in its initial stages. And in fact, it’s not just Pitt, but there are also other actors who are being considered for each of those roles.

For now, it’s kind of unclear whether the “Fight Club” star will be on board or not. But the very fact that he’s being considered for an MCU film in itself is a big deal for his fans.

Despite all the reports and speculations, CheatSheet expressed that the actor might never sign up for the role. Pointing out to a recent interview during the release of “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood,” the website revealed how Pitt reacted when asked if his role in “Deadpool” was over.

“I think I’ve taken it as far as I can take it,” he said, explaining how Reynolds had the character devised with the intention of not taking it too far in the story.

Another reason could be his choice of films over the past years. Pitt has always stayed away from family-friendly movies and franchises. While nobody would deny that superhero movies have worked wonders at the box office, Pitt has always stayed away from them.

Whether he will opt for something similar to superhero films with Marvel seems highly unlikely. But considering how big a name Marvel is in the cinematic universe, he might just change his mind and sign the dotted line.
