The Memphis Grizzlies look set to guzzle the visiting Boston Celtics tonight. Head to head, the Celtics are 7-17-1 ATS in the last 25 meetings and 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings in Memphis. The Grizzlies are 10-2 ATS in the last 12 games playing on 1 days rest and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 home games vs. a team with a losing road record. The Grizzlies often get off to a slow start, trailing by a significant amount in early stages of matches. However, the Celtics have yet to win a match this season: they lost 87-77 on Sunday night making it 0-3.

Memphis Grizzlies lost their season opener agains San Antonio, 101-94. The team is struggling to find their new offense set up, while their defense is not working as well as the players it contains. It looks like the offense will eventually get its act together, but they need to get their act together when it comes to defense. A strong defense has been a staple of the Memphis side, and without this important part of the game at its highest standard, the Grizzlies are not going to succeed this season.

Brad Stevens' Celtics, however, are having their worst season yet. The team has not won a match and is considered by some to be the worst team in the competition right now. The team blew a 22-point lead to the Milwaukee Bucks last Friday, and then lost to the Pistons 87-77 last night in Detroit. The team has a lot to recover from if they're goin to triumph over the maurauding Memphis Grizzlies.
