Princess Eugenie attended Beyoncé’s London Concert in O2 Arena, and reportedly left “red- faced after request for live duet during Mrs. Carter Concert.”
Queen B didn’t recognize the actual British royal, Princess Eugenie, during her performance of “Irreplaceable,” and pointed her microphone in the British Royals face “who had gone bright-red, and ducked down.” Her “Irreplaceable” performance is the point in Beyoncé’s show where she really interacts with the audience, and calls upon, normally willing, members of the audience to sing the refrain of “to the left, to the left.”
However, after Princess Eugenie’s stage fright, Beyoncé was forced to quickly fill in the missing words and find a new, willing victim. The 23-year-old royal, who is sixth in line to the British throne, was apparently front row at Beyoncé’s concert. She was accompanied by, Kate Middleton’s brother, James, his rumored new girlfriend Donna Air, designers Matthew Williamson and Patrick Cox.
Princess Eugenie has not yet commented on the embarrassing sing-a-long, although her friends seemed amused but her nervous reaction. One source claims, “all Eugenie’s friends were teasing her about her stage fright for hours afterwards."
Beyoncé’s “Mrs. Carter World Tour” has been making headlines recently. The singer has banned photographers from the tour, her ban came after several unflattering photos surfaced of Beyoncé’s Super Bowl performance in New Orleans. Recently, her diva demands have also been something of a buzz, the singer apparently requires her venue to stock $900 Titanium straws, alkaline water at precisely 21 degrees, a hand craved ice ball, and red toilet paper.
