Still planning your menu for your Memorial Day Party? Then you are in luck because Latin Times has gathered our favorite grilling recipes to ensure that your Memorial Day barbeque is the best one yet. In addition to a simple, yet delicious recipe for a juicy cheeseburger, we will provide you with step by step directions to create side dishes that will perfectly accompany any main course meat. What would a summer time barbeque be without a delicious and juicy cheeseburger? To craft the world's juiciest cheeseburgers, you will only need 10 simple ingredients and about 35 minutes.

Juicy Cheeseburger

An absolute staple in any barbeque meal, a cheeseburger is a classic meal. But unfortunately many barbeque are dominated by frozen burgers, that are just mediocre. This year, instead of buying your burgers, commit to hand making your own. After you taste just how good a homemade cheeseburger can be, you will never go back to the frozen variety again!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. of ground beef 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs 3 tablespoons of evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 1/8 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper
  • Note: This recipe should yield about 8 burger patties.

Directions
Start with a large mixing bowl, mix in the ground beef with the beaten egg. Then gradually add in bread crumbs mixing as you add until your meat begins to firm. Then add the evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic. Once the mixture in fully blended, using your hands scoop out a fist size amount of the meat mixture and begin to flatten it into a patty shape. To create a uniform size patty, I would suggest flatten your palm on the patty and using your hand in the shape of an L to spin and shape the patty. Once you are satisfied with the shape of your patties, sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on each one and grill patties on a slightly oiled grill grate. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side until adding the cheese of your choice.

While a good burger certainly makes the meal, side dishes are an integral part to any barbeque. A fresh and healthy side dish for summer is Greek Pasta Salad! This side dish is so easy and simple.
