"Duck Dynasty" is the reality show that's made headlines for their unconventional characters. It follows the lives of a Louisiana family of backwoods millionaires that found their fortune from "Duck Commander," a company that makes various products for duck hunters. Although the women are very pretty, the men aren't exactly the Hollywood type.

They're known for their long beards and after three seasons, it seems almost impossible to imagine a "Duck Dynasty" brother without one, but A&E has made it possible. No, this doesn't mean that Phil, Si, Willie, Jase or Jep will shave, but that Alan will be joining the cast for season four.

What? There's another brother? Yes, Alan Robertson is the oldest son of Phil and Kay who once worked at the family business, but left it to pursue his calling and became a pastor for Ferry Road Church of Christ.

In an interview with the New York Post, Alan revealed that he's leaving his official job at the church (although he will continue to work with them indirectly) and singing with the family business again as the company's Beards and Beauty Wrangler, or head of P.R. if you may.

"The beards are so iconic," admits Alan, who only lets his facial hair go wild during hunting season. "All this time I've been flying under the radar; I can go to Starbucks and get Mama coffee."

He's aware that's about to change. Nevertheless, Alan and his wife of 29 years, Lisa, are worried about the effect the show will have on their daughters as well as their granddaughters. Alan's already worried about his 12 nieces and nephews.

"My children are grown, but all of my brothers' children are teenagers now, so how is this crazy world going to impact them?" Alan says. "We think about John Luke and Sadie, who are such a big part of the show and they're teenagers, you know? They need to be just normal teenagers. We pray about that."

Lisa confessed that she's also nervous about having a camera crew following her every step. "I'm just worried about coming in and not being able to perform on the spot. Everyone else has three years of experience filming."

The couple are going to take this step by step, and will gradually introduce their two daughters, Anna and Alex to the show. Anna works at Duck Commander, the family's duck call company, and Alex is starting a food truck that is to be parked in front of the West Monroe Duck Commander store.

"We'll have burgers, etouffee and other Louisiana-style food. It'll be called Willie's Duck Diner (after her Uncle Willie). We want to make it a whole experience for fans that come from all over to the store," says Alex.

Although the new Robertson clan joining the show is not used to the whole "reality star" experience, Alan thinks everything will fall in a divine order. "Because of my association with the show, I'll get to minister to a lot more people," he said.

Season four is schedule to premiere on August 6, on A&E.
