The new "Batman: Arkham Origins" Initiation DLC will officially release tomorrow and we couldn't be more happy! The new DLC is centered around ninjas and how Batman got started. Ames Kirshen, VP of WB Games, mentioned that the DLC would have a bit of narrative and from the recently release trailer it appears he was right. Kirshen says about the Initiation DLC, "it's new kind of challenge map pack that's got a little bit of a narrative to it." The Initiation will chronicle a young Bruce Wayne and his trials and tribulations at a monastery of ninjas. Think the first act of "Batman Begins."
Warner Bros. Interactive will release the Initiation Challenge Map Add-on for Batman: Arkham Origins. The DLC will be available on PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE, Steam and Nintendo eShop for $6.99. The DLC is included for Season Pass owners. As said before the Initiation DLC will focus on a young Bruce Wayne while introducing a new challenge campaign with four unique challenge maps and two unique skins. This will be the fourth DLC for "Batman: Arkham Origins."
The other three DLC's for the game include The Infinite Earths Skins Pack contains the following six new costumes: Earth 2 Dark Knight, Long Halloween Batman, Batman: Dark Knight of the Round Table, Thrillkiller Batman, Earth 2 Batman, Classic Tim Drake Robin (available in multiplayer mode only on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC). The Black Mask Challenge Pack for $1.99 that features a new pair of new challenge maps and Online Supply Drop #1, which is $2.99 and offers additional multiplayer clothing items and weapons.
