Bad Bunny's new album has officially arrived and its awash with references to global icons, as well as artists featured in the 22-tracked "Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va A Pasar Mañana" (Nobody knows what will happen tomorrow).
Formula 1 drivers Sergio "Checo" Pérez and Max Verstappen, as well as soccer superstar Lionel Messi are among the personalities mentioned in the lyrics of "Monaco," one of the songs. LeBron James, Leonardo Di Caprio and Sofia Vergara are part of it as well.
"Bebiendo mucha champaña, nunca estamos seco'
Primero llegó Verstappen, después llegó Checo"
"Créeme, los carro' de F1 son más rápido' en persona
Sofía Vergara es linda, pero es más linda en persona (Más rica)
Lo que tú haga' a mí no me impresiona
Es como meter un gol después de Messi y Maradona
A ti no te conocen ni en tu barrio
Ayer estaba con LeBron, también con Di Caprio"
The "Moscow Mule" is a known soccer fan, being constantly active through social media posts in which he celebrated Argentina's win in the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
El Conejo Malo was also seen at the 2023 Formula 1 Monaco preview ,where he spent time with Mexican race car driver "Checo" Perez. Prior to this year's album, the singer had already referred to Belgian-Dutch race car driver Max Verstappen in his song "Andrea" from his Un Verano Sin Ti album. The line "La vida va como Verstappen en Fórmula 1 "stuck with Verstappen so much that he added a sticker of the Un Verano Sin Ti album cover to his race car.
Other stars are mentioned in songs such as "Vuelve Candy B", "Acho PR", "Thunder y Lightning", and "Telefono nuevo".
The 29-year-old singer celebrated the release by hosting a party at the well-known Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot in San Juan, with thousands of fans in attendance and featured artists Feid, Young Miko, Arcangel, Tainy, and Bryant Myers.
