The saga between “Avengers” star Jeremy Renner and his ex-wife, Sonni Pacheco, continues. In fact, it started way, way back in December 2014 after Pacheco filed for divorce just ten months after they got married. And yet it continues to intensifies.
They used to bicker on child support and custody issues; now, they are accusing each other of being sex-obsessed and capable of murder.
This battle is seriously getting out of hand now. But then, it should be remembered that the two are battling to get sole custody of their child. These things can really get ugly if the parties cannot talk between themselves.
According to Pacheco, the actor reportedly talked about killing her and their daughter. Given such a heavy accusation, Renner could not help but fire back now. In legal documents, the actor called his ex a drug addict with mental issues.
Renner also said that Pacheco is a sex-obsessed individual who can potentially harm their children. The actor thinks she will exposing the kids to “dark, graphic, sexual material” every day through her sculptures. The actor perceives the sculptures to be too sexually explicit up to a certain extent, making it disturbing.
The actor added that his nudes are already in circulation at present. He claimed they were sent to his ex after he was prodded to do so. Pacheco sent nudes first, Renner said, and yet conveniently left out that detail to the evaluator of the case. Renner is accusing Pacheco of showing pics of his genitals to the lawyers and evaluators, just to smear his name and shame him.
The actor also accused Pacheco of tracking down racy internet photos of one of their nannies and sending them to the evaluator.
Despite all these back and forth however, Renner is said to be more focused on making sure Ava, their daughter will be unscathed by everything that is unfolding.
According to one of Renner’s reps who have talked with TMZ, “The well-being of his daughter, Ava, has always been and continues to be the primary focus for Jeremy. This is a matter for the court to decide. It’s important to note the dramatizations made in Sonni’s declaration are a one-sided account made with a specific goal in mind.”
