Ariadne Diaz has become a mother after 38 weeks of gestation period. The "La Malquerida" star gave birth to a baby boy on May 11 in a hospital located within Mexico City. Diaz had earlier announced the name of her baby would be Diego. Sources close to the actress have confirmed that it was a natural birth and both the mom and newborn are in perfect health condition. Actress Michelle Renaud confirmed the news saying, "Diego is beautiful and healthy and very everything." The "Pasión y Poder" star said that Diego is the perfect combination of Ariadne and father Marcus Ornellas.
Neither Diaz nor Ornellas have confirmed the news, but it was yesterday when the father shared a photo on Instagram that showed him and the new mother with Diego's little shoes. "Checking with my baby some of the many gifts for Diego," he captioned the image. "These little shoes, for example, is a gift from my cousin (almost brother) YURI! Thank you for all the good vibes." Diaz and Ornellas confirmed they were pregnant back in November 2015. The 29-year-old actress made it official as she posed on the cover of ¡Hola! magazine with her Brazilian-born partner. "It's a highly desired and highly looked for baby," she told the magazine at the time. "I am three months pregnant and it will be born in May." The news came as a surprise to fans of the "La Malquerida" actress as she only made her relationship official back in June 2015. "We both think it's a boy and if it is, his name will be Diego," the couple revealed.
After the magazine cover was made public, the Mexican actress took to Instagram to share the news with all of her fans. "Thank you Hola magazine for the beautiful interview," she wrote. "I am profoundly thankful for your sensibility and love for us during this important moment in our lives. What we are living is a blessing. Thank your allowing us to share this through you. Thank you to everyone for their congratulations and good wishes, they mean a lot, without a doubt, this is the most important moment in our lives and your love makes this even more perfect.
