Apple iOS 7 Beta Final Version Release Date Coming Tomorrow At Sept. 10 iPhone Media Event?

The iOS 7 GM (Gold Master) version is expected to be released tomorrow after the conclusion of Apple's iPhone and iOS 7 media event, which takes place at Apple's headquarters in Cupertino, Calif. There were previous rumors that suggested Apple's final beta of iOS 7 would be released sometime in August, but with that passed and no new iOS beta release many are speculating that we will see the final GM version tomorrow after Apple concludes their event.

As of now, developers and Apple partners are testing the iOS 7 beta 6, and the latest iOS 7 beta release should come to these registered users soon after the iPhone and iOS event ends September 10. The iOS 7 GM stands for Gold Master and is essentially the last beta Apple will send out before they debut their public iOS 7 version. A Gold Master version is not released to the public, but it will represent a nearly final build of the new software and not much should change from the Gold Master version to the public version.

Apple's new operating system has had a complete overhaul and it's nothing like what we are all used to. There have been some amazing changes with this new operating system and consumers will learn that app updates will be done automatically saving valuable time doing it themselves. Users will also notice new icons, new look, and the camera app has had major changes with some stunning new features added. The new iOS 7 offers much more convenience with the new Control Center, which includes access to the flashlight, clock, calculator, camera, flight mode, Bluetooth, Do Not Disturb, brightness, music controls, Airdrop, Airplay and so much more right from the home screen.

Apple typically releases new software updates around 10 a.m. PT, which is when the Apple event starts tomorrow. With this in mind, expect an iOS 7 GM update to arrive on the iPhone and iPad soon after the event wraps up.

The iOS 7 release date is expected on September 18, several days before the iPhone 5S release date. We expect to hear Apple confirm these release dates tomorrow.
