At the beginning of this summer, the game creators over at Rovio announced a new version of the popular app "Angry Birds." "Angry Birds Go" just announced via Twitter that their latest game will be a kart racer. The creators of the game kept silent about the possible form the game would take. It was a toss-up between the kart racer option and an endless runner game. As of 12 pm today, "Angry Birds Go" will be a kart racer game.
Following the start of summer teaser Rovio released a YouTube video showing live action "Angry Birds" a.k.a guys in bird costumes, testing out the two possible versions of the game. In the comedic video it shows the field test for the endless runner game not working out very well. The creators of "Angry Birds Go" said they got "really excited" after teaming up with Red Bull. The energy drink makers suggested to Rovio they make a kart racer game. Despite a close poll of game users almost tied between the endless runner game, the creators over at Rovio decided to make "Angry Birds Go" a kart racer game.
