Angelique Boyer and Sebastián Rulli are one of the hottest telenovela couples that the public adore. Together they have starred in titles like "Teresa," "Lo Que La Vida Me Robó" and most recently on "Tres Veces Ana." The couple have been together for some time now and in a recent interview with Vanidades the French-born actress broke her silence on having babies with her heartthrob boyfriend.
"Yes, of course, with pleasure, it would be divine," she told the magazine about having a family. "It's not something that's not in my mind, but as they say: 'Tell God your plans so he can laugh.' I have tried to structure my work life, my time as an actress and I am in no rush to become a mother, I have been living each of these phases, we have a solid and formal relationship and I think we still have a lot to live for and experiment before that wonderful phase of responsibility because it's hard being parents.
Boyer also added: "If God gives me the opportunity of being a mother I want to do it full time. I admire my friends that combine maternity with their jobs and I ask myself how they do it as I think it's hard to be a mother and an actress. However, that's not my focus for now. There's no rush, I am not stereotyped and I still have plans before taking that step."
Vanidades also asked the Televisa actress if she see's herself with Rulli in the long-term. "Of course," she replied. Our relationship is serious. I imagine myself with him in old age, I will take him wherever he wants, I wish to be with him forever."
Angelique Boyer also revealed what has been her favorite telenovela character and she revealed it was Montserrat from "Lo Que La Vida Me Robó." "There's a project in my life that continues to be skin deep, it's Montserrat," she said. "The cast was wonderful and my character was a woman that was solid, that wasn't nice or dumb, she was even a great lover. But obviously, Teresa will be the queen of the villains."
Boyer gave life to Montserrat Mendoza in the 2013 production of "Lo Que La Vida Me Robó," based on a story by Caridad Bravo Adams that had been adapted by Televisa multiple times. Prior to this project it had much success as "Amor Real" in 2003 with Adela Noriega and Fernando Colunga. The twist to this new take was that it was set in modern times and not a period piece. Montserrat is described as a young woman with a good heart. She is so generous that she is capable of sacrificing herself just for the good of her family. When she falls deeply in love with a man, she decides to reveal against her mother who is clever enough to always find the way to manipulate her. Graciela gets to push her in such way that Monserrat accepts to marry a man she hates. All the events she goes through will make her get a stronger character until she learns how to make her own decisions and defend what she loves the most, at any cost.
