Angelina Jolie And Keanu Reeves Allegedly Close To ‘Settling Down’ And Their Families Approve

Angelina Jolie and Keanu Reeves have found themselves in the middle of rumors once again with the two alleged to be already settling down. Thankfully, popular celebrity fact-checking website Gossip Cop is there to debunk the baseless allegations.

According to Australian weekly magazine NW, the “Tomb Raider” lead actress has been “quietly dating” Reeves since 2017, and the two have been taking steps to further their relationship. NW’s source revealed that Jolie and Reeves not only took a romantic getaway to Greece together but are even close to settling down.

The publication suggested that their romance started after Jolie moved next to the “Matrix” actor’s mother’s house in Los Angeles. The actress’ children were said to also have gotten close to Reeves and approve of their relationship. Both sides of their families seem to be getting on board with their relationship as Reeves’ mom even allegedly said that Jolie “would fit right in with the family.”

Following up on this storyline, a report by tabloid magazine Star last June has the “Those Who Wish Me Dead” actress asking out the “John Wick” actor for a date. Other publications joined in on the bandwagon with a report from American magazine Woman’s Day claiming that Jolie has been chasing Reeves to join her for the movie “Eternals.”

Gossip Cop has relentlessly debunked these rumors since the beginning, ultimately clearing out that Jolie and Reeves simply aren’t together. First off, if Reeves and Jolie had been “getting serious” since they started dating in 2017, there should be more photos of them together, but there aren’t any. A representative of Jolie told the fact-checking website as well that the two simply aren’t dating.

Reputable sources have reported Jolie to be focused primarily on her career and her children, and dating is currently at the bottom of her priority at the moment. This was true a year ago, when they were first rumored to date, and is still Jolie’s statement until today.

When their rumored relationship resurfaced earlier this June, both sides actively denied the claims. Reeves’ spokesperson went on the record, calling all the claims to be “completely false.” Jolie’s representative, on the other hand, explained that she’s not romantically involved with anyone and remains single.
