Since the end of "American Horror Story: Hotel," fans have been clamoring for news regarding the next season of the supernatural anthology series.
There has been a lot of buzz surrounding the casting news for "American Horror Story's" sixth season and it looks like the "Born This Way" singer Lady Gaga will take part in an unknown role. Co-creator Ryan Murphy tweeted that he had asked the "Hotel" co-star Lady Gaga to join the untitled season, but did not expect an answer anytime soon, reported Entertainment Weekly. Gaga later confirmed her involvement in the sixth season earlier this year in March 2016.
Now a new rumor has emerged that an A-lister will join the singer in season six of "AHS." The rumored A-lister is Bradley Cooper, who was recently spotted having dinner with Lady Gaga in Los Angeles, California. Prior to this dinner, the pair were not involved with any other projects. They are most certainly not romantically involved as Gaga is engaged to actor Taylor Kinney and Cooper is currently dating model Irina Shake. So the reason for the meeting has to be about work.
Furthermore, a source told Us Magazine that Gaga and Cooper may indeed be working together but did not disclose on which project. If Cooper is considering a role for the sixth season of "American Horror Story," it will mark the actors return to the small screen. If you recall, one of his first roles as an actor was in HBO's "Sex in the City" in 1999.
As for the details, the "AHS" production team has been tight-lipped but we know a bit about the plot for the sixth season. In January 2016, FX president John Landgraf revealed that the season will be "principally set in the present," with a dual timeline in "echoes of the past." It is also rumored that the upcoming season will center on a story relating to children. It is presumed that this year's "American Horror Story" will take place in an orphanage or a boarding school.
"American Horror Story's" sixth season will premiere in the fall of this year.
