Now it’s a party! American Music Awards show producer, Larry Klein, announced Pitbull will be hosting the show once more this year. The celebration will take place on November 23, at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. "Pitbull is a global superstar and multi-talented powerhouse, who delivered one of the most exciting shows in American Music Awards history when he hosted in 2013. It will be no different this year,” said Klein. "We’re working together to create elements of the show that will wow audiences and take the night to a whole new level."
The AMA ceremony is considered the biggest fan-voted show of all, since nominees are based on key fan interactions as reflected in ‘Billboard’ magazine and on Billboard.com, digital album and single sales, radio airtime and social activity. So far, lead nominees include Iggy Azalea with six, just above Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry and John Legend, who have five.
The host and star of the show Pitbull, will also be performing his latest hit ‘Globalization’ and is beyond thrilled about this opportunity another time around. The singer released the following statement: "World, who would have thought Pitbull hosting the AMAs two years in a row… the harder I work, the luckier I get. Thank you ABC and Dick Clark Productions for the amazing opportunity - more than anything, let's get ready to have fun. Dale!"
