A Pennsylvania man was arrested after he allegedly broke into the house of a woman he met on the OnlyFans page and clicked pictures of her as she slept.
Mauricio Damian-Guerrero, from Bensalem, drove over 400 miles to break into the woman’s home in New Hampshire and hide out in her attic, according to police.
Early in the morning on Feb 9, the woman, only identified by the initials R.N., called police after she woke up and saw someone, who she identified as her stalker, standing in the hallway, an affidavit states.
During a search inside the home, officers went into the attic and heard heavy footsteps on the roof.
Guerrero was found climbing out of the woman's attic, he was brought inside, and detained, police said.
The 20-year-old was charged with four counts of burglary, according to the Somersworth Police Department.
The woman, who has a young child, told police that she believes Guerrero had been in the attic for quite some time because she had noticed odd things happening around the house in the days leading up to his arrest.
She said that she found food and headphones inside the house. A downstairs window had been left slightly open and a door near the kitchen had been left open, according to the arrest affidavit.
The woman also said her keys had disappeared from a counter and then re-appeared as she was searching for them. The woman told police that she brushed it off as "she was just busy," the affidavit states.
The woman met Guerrero on the internet content subscription service OnlyFans in Oct. 2021, according to reports.
She said he "seemed nice at first" but did not want to meet him because he was "very pushy."
She told the police that she gave him her address when he said he wanted to buy her a television and fireplace.
She described an encounter when Guerrero allegedly told her to look out her window because he was waiting on the sidewalk, the affidavit says.
The woman said she let him inside and they hung out for about two hours and then made him leave, according to the affidavit.
Following his arrest, Guerrero allegedly told Somersworth police that he went to the woman's home on Feb. 9 to take back the television he bought her.
He said he hid in the attic after hearing people in the house talking, the affidavit states.
Detectives inspecting his phone found photos and videos of the woman sleeping naked, all of them evidently captured without her consent.
Police had also located a tracking device in the attic which Guerrero said he was planning to tag on the woman's car.
He was released on a $2,500 cash bail last week—against the wishes of prosecutors. He's required to wear a GPS tracker, is not allowed to travel to New Hampshire, and is prohibited from contacting the woman.
"It is an ongoing concern of ours, the safety of the victim during the pendency of this case, so that is why we asked for him to be held pending trial," said Strafford County Deputy Attorney Emily Garod.
