See to believe. Alice Cooper reportedly rejected the sexual advances of bombshell Raquel Welch during the 70s.
A recent memoir from guitarist Dick Wagner reveals that while they were in Miami for the 1976 Super Bowl, Welch happened to be performing in the area ta the time. Both Wagner and Cooper got invited to Welch's room and Wagner "sensed something was going on... At least in Raquel's mind."
"You gotta do it at least one time for all us horny b******s in the world," Wagner told Cooper.
But the singer was devoted to his then girlfriend, Sheryl Goddard, who was a dancer on his tour and later married.
Wagner said that he thought Cooper was "crazy not to allow himself to be seduced."
Welch's advances didn't stop there, apparently, and she approached the rockers as they played golf at the Doral Country Club the next day, where she asked Cooper if she could be his caddy.
Cooper, then, made a "rather boisterous exit ... To the clubhouse."
Wagner's memoir, "Not Only Women Bleed," is out now.
