Winning three of the last four College Football National Championships, the Alabama Crimson Tide have become one of the most successful teams on any level of sports. Thanks to a consistent offense and shutdown defense, the Tide and head coach Nick Saban remain consistent and once again off to a perfect start this season, Alabam looks poised for a run at another title. Posting a 3-0 record that includes a 1-0 mark in SEC play, Saban and company will now enter another grueling contest with an extremely talented SEC opponent.

Head coach Hugh Freeze and the Ole Miss Rebels are off to a fast start in 2013 thanks to victories over Vanderbilt, Southeast Missouri State and the Texas Longhorns. Led by quarterback Bo Wallace and running back Jeff Scott -- who has rushed for over 300 yards and 2 scores this season -- the Rebels have had no problem scoring, averaging 38 points through three games. The Mississippi defense has been stellar as well, especially in the rushing department. Allowing just over 114 rush yards per game, the Ole Miss defense knows a tough test lies ahead and while they most likely won't be able to completely shut down the 'Bama running game led by T.J. Yeldon and Kenyan Drake, Hugh Freeze knows the talent is there to slow the No. 1 ranked team in the nation.

"We're not going to stop them the whole night," Freeze said to ESPN reporters recently. "Hopefully we can score enough points and stop them enough that we have a shot in the fourth quarter. If you're in the game in the fourth quarter, our kids will play the entire 60 minutes, and we'll see what happens."

Throwing for over 700 yards this season, Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron expects a dog fight in this one and he's fully aware that the Ole Miss defense is going to bring everything they have his way.

"Unbelievable," McCarron said regarding the talent of the Rebels defense. "I mean, they've got ballplayers all the way around. They're really good, so it's going to be a challenge for us, it really is. We're going to have to step up, meet that challenge and get ready to play."

Traveling to Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama this weekend, the Rebels hope the talent they possess on both sides of the ball will be enough to end a nine-game losing skid to the two-time defending national championships. If not, Alabama could use this game as a springboard for the remainder of a challenging season.
