A third man has been arrested in connection with the murder case against former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez in the shooting and death of Odin Lloyd.

Ernest Wallace, 41, surrendered in Miramar, FL on Friday after a wanted poster was released, according to NFL.com. Wallace has been connected to the case after last being seen in the car that the North Attleboro Police Department said was connected to the Lloyd investigation.

On Wednesday, Carlos Ortiz was also arrested and charged with possessing a gun without a license. The second suspect pleaded not guilty and is being held without bail.

Similarly, Hernandez, pleaded not guilty of orchestrating Lloyd's execution-style shooting.

"We believe we now have in custody the three individuals who were in the silver Nissan Altima at the time Odin Lloyd got into the car on June 17," Bristol County, Mass., District Attorney C. Samuel Sutter said.

All three men are accused of being involved in the Odin case after he was found dead in an in industrial park near Hernandez's North Attleboro home. The former Patriot is also being investigated by the Boston Police Department in connection to a 2012 double homicide.
