Carlos Ortiz, the second of 3 men arrested in the Odin Lloyd murder investigation, recently told police that he had information indicating that former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez admitted to shooting and killing Odin Lloyd.

According to USA Today, documents filed in Florida that were obtained by the Associated Press indicate Ortiz was told by the third accomplice - Ernest Wallace - that Aaron Hernandez did in fact fire the shots that killed former Boston semiprofessional football player Odin Lloyd. The documents also include a detailed description of the night the 27-year-old was murdered.

Ortiz told police that, after the three men picked up Lloyd at his home in Boston, they all headed toward Hernandez's home in North Attleborough, Mass. Ortiz said Hernandez had been upset that Lloyd had been "chilling" with people Hernandez didn't like, but the two men shook hands and seemed to put the disagreement behind them.

Ortiz said the car soon stopped and the other three men got out to urinate. Ortiz said he heard gunshots before Hernandez and Wallace got back into the car without Lloyd and the vehicle sped away.

Documents also showed that a vehicle wanted for a 2012 double murder in Boston was also rented in Aaron Hernandez's name.

In addition to learning of how the murder took place and that Hernandez appears to be the one to rent a vehicle instrumental in the aforementioned 2012 double murder, CBS News reports that police seized a rifle and ammunition from an investigation inside the North Attleborough, Massachusetts mansion of Hernandez. The 23-year-old former University of Florida standout reportedly grew angry when police came to investigate his home as well.

"Mr. Hernandez slammed the door and relocked it behind him," documents obtained by CBS read. "Mr. Hernandez did not ask officers whose death was being investigated. Mr. Hernandez's demeanor did not indicate any concern for the death of any person."
