A 15-year-old from Utah allegedly killed his two younger brothers Wednesday night while their mother was at a dance recital with her three other children.

When the mother returned home she found the bodies of her 4 and 10 year old sons and the 15-year-old that was supposed to be watching them was gone.

Police immediately began looking at the 15-year-old as a suspect in the death of his siblings.

According to Newsmax.com the teen was found later that night and taken to the hospital. The boy had minor injuries that were consistent with the kind of wounds one would sustain in a stabbing attack.

Davis County Sheriff Todd Richardson told Deseret News that the teen spoke bluntly with police and they believe he acted alone.

Grief counselors were dispatched to the boy's school in order to help students deal with what their classmate did. According to the Desert News the 15-year-old that killed his siblings was a model student and had no history of violence or mental illness.

Currently the police in Utah are holding the boy at a juvenile detention facility.
