This film is about a cryptic message from Bond's past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organization. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE.
It was also announced that the new Aston Martin DB10, set to debut in next year's James Bond film Spectre. The luxury British sports car brand is delighted to confirm that James Bond will once again drive an Aston Martin in Spectre. On this occasion, it will be a model developed specifically for the film and built in-house by the brand’s design and engineering teams.
The car has a V8, not a V12 like many thought. It's the older 4.7-liter V8 from the Jaguar/Land Rover vechicles. Aston Martin DB10 car is kind of old-school, mechanically. It doesn't use the new platform Aston is developing for its next generation of sports cars, but rather the older VH (vertical/horizontal) platform first used on the 2004 DB9.The DB10 has been designed with heavy input from Sam Mendes, the director of the new film, in order to create what Aston Martin is describing as “the ultimate car for the world’s most famous spy”.
