After positive reviews from critics on the pilot episode, tonight AMC brings viewers an all-new episode of "Preacher."
It appears as though Jesse Custer's (Dominic Cooper) new supernatural predicament along with his past misdeeds are coming to a head. If you recall, in the pilot episode we were introduced to the preacher who was trying to escape his dark past when an eerie entity comes to earth, leaving a wave of destruction in its wake.
In the promo trailer for the second episode titled "See," we know Jesse believes he has found his plan and calling and further believes whoever is helping him is on the side of good. Plus it looks as if there is some kind of shake-up in the town.
Meanwhile, AMC released a sneak peek clip for the episode where Jesse is seen baptizing the citizens of Annville. He is then approached by his gun-toting ex-girlfriend Tulip O'Hare (Ruth Negga) who ask to be saved and leaves the preacher with a mysterious message. We also see that Jesse is being watched from a distance by two unknown men.
According to TV Guide the synopsis for the second episode, "See," reads: "Jesse tries to be a 'good preacher,' unaware that a mysterious duo is after him. Meanwhile, the enigmatic Cowboy is introduced."
"Preacher's" second episode will air Sunday, June 5, at 9 p.m. EDT on AMC and will be available the next day to stream or purchase on AMC's website, iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, Xbox Video and more.
The network does offer a live stream service on its website, but you must be a subscriber to the network through your cable provider and you must sign in. If all else fails and you do not happen to subscribe to AMC, you can watch the new episode of "Fear the Walking Dead" here, here and here.
