Gina Rodriguez and Henri Esteve Split, Let's Take A Look Back At The Couple During Happier Times

Gina Rodriguez has split from her boyfriend of over one year, actor Henri Esteve, sources confirmed the news to People. The pair were together about one year before the split.

“Gina really cared for him. She is a sweet person with a prosperous career, but she has limited time and it was just a mutual split,” a source told People about the 31-year-old Jane the Virgin star and her Revenge actor ex. “They are still friends and very realistic about relationships.”

Although the split has not been officially confirmed by the actors, Rodriguez was seen by herself at the Emmy Awards and she has removed some of her Instagram posts with Esteve. Breakup reports suggested that the entertainment industry drove them apart, but she has previously mentioned their both supportive of their careers.

“He's gorgeous! And he's talented! And he's a really, really good guy!" Gina told E! News. "I just know that I have a very strong and supportive boyfriend. He's an amazing artist himself who respects the craft… He supports me and I think that's all that matters. We're very honest and there's a lot of communication. He knows that my priority is Jane and him and family."
