Mexican actress Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera, better known as Ana de la Reguera, began her acting career with her role as Cecilia in the telenovela Azul in 1996, followed by telenovela Pueblo chico, infierno grande in 1997; a Mexican historical telenovela set in the Pre-Mexican Revolution period. For this role she received the Heraldo award for best female acting.
Ana's career has been steadily growing, her intelligence, beauty, charisma, and enormous ability to play any kind of acting role, have made her one of the Latin actresses with more presence on Hispanic and American television.
