The model directly addressed these speculations, most notably in April 2022 after appearing on the Grammy's red carpet in a loose-fitting dress, firmly stating on Instagram, "I'm not pregnant, leave me alone."

During a December 2020 appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Justin Bieber revealed he was looking forward being a father."I am going to have as many [babies] as Hailey is wishing to push out. I'd love to have myself a little tribe," he said. "But, yeah, it's her body and whatever she wants to do. I think she wants to have a few."
